2. Products & Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
Product images are representative — actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings.
We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Your order is charged at the price shown at checkout.
Limited edition and sale items are subject to availability. Orders may be cancelled if stock is exhausted.
3. Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. You will receive a confirmation on WhatsApp or email.
Accepted payment methods: UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking via Razorpay, and Cash on Delivery (COD) via WhatsApp orders.
For COD orders, payment must be made in full to the delivery agent at the time of delivery.
We are not liable for payment failures caused by your bank or payment gateway. Please contact your bank in such cases.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship across India. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days from dispatch.
Free shipping on orders above ₹999. Orders below ₹999 attract a ₹99 shipping charge.
Dispatch happens within 24–48 hours of order confirmation on business days.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or government-imposed restrictions.
5. Returns & Refunds
Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details. In summary: 7-day returns on unworn items with original tags. Sale items are final sale.

Our brand name "Moji Bande" and logo are our trademarks. Misuse may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability
Moji Bande Official is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products, beyond the value of your order. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the specific order in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Panipat, Haryana, India.
