How to Return — 3 Easy Steps

Raise a Request WhatsApp us at +91 87081 77188 or email mojibandeofficial@gmail.com with your order ID and reason for return. Do this within 7 days of delivery.

Ship It Back Pack the item securely with original tags. Ship to the address we provide. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or wrong.

Get Exchange or Store Credit Once we receive and inspect the item (2–3 business days), we process your exchange or issue store credit. Store credit is valid for 6 months.

Refund Policy

We currently offer exchange or store credit as our primary resolution. Cash refunds are available only in the following cases:

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. For Razorpay payments, the refund appears in your bank account within this window. UPI refunds may be faster (24–48 hours).
