Return Eligibility
Items are eligible for return if:
Return request is raised within 7 days of delivery date.
Item is unworn, unwashed and in original condition.
All original tags and packaging are intact.
Item is not from our sale / clearance / SOLD OUT category (these are final sale).
Item was not customised or personalised.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale / discounted items (marked as SALE or with promo codes applied beyond 15%).
Innerwear, socks and face coverings for hygiene reasons.
Items damaged due to customer misuse or washing errors.
Ship It BackPack the item securely with original tags. Ship to the address we provide. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or wrong.

Get Exchange or Store CreditOnce we receive and inspect the item (2–3 business days), we process your exchange or issue store credit. Store credit is valid for 6 months.
Refund Policy
We currently offer exchange or store credit as our primary resolution. Cash refunds are available only in the following cases:
You received a wrong item (different from what you ordered).
You received a defective or damaged item.
Item is out of stock and we cannot fulfil your exchange.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. For Razorpay payments, the refund appears in your bank account within this window. UPI refunds may be faster (24–48 hours).
Damaged / Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please:
Take a clear photo of the item and packaging.
WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange free pickup and send a replacement or full refund immediately.
